Not happy with the product you receive? Return the product within 30 days for a refund minus the shipping amount paid to receive the product. Product must be returned in the same condition received.
Warranty
Each system has a one year parts defect warranty. Burned and melted parts are not covered. Misuse is not covered.
Firing systems may become damaged when in use occasionally. Unlike the disposable systems on the market, the 16 and 32 cue systems can be returned for repair.

The larger firing systems are shipped UPS within the U.S.. Canada orders are shipped USPS.
Smaller items that fit in a flat rate box are are shipped USPS.
Included with the transmitter in a NiMH 1100 mah 12 volt battery pack, battery charger, two keys, and a single LED gooseneck light. The standard code switch is a locking toggle with three codes for a total of 96 individual cues from one transmitter. The optional six code rotary switch allows 192 cues from one transmitter.
